Sweet Honey in the Rock

Nick and I went into some restaurant for lunch, it was very busy. We were seated, and it seemed as though they were forgetting everything. The moment we were seated, our server/busboy (who looked sort of like Jonah Hill) said "are you ready to order?" and we were like "uh, not yet, no" and then he said "can I get you anything else?" Nick asked for some silverware. This place seems to have been, in terms of atmosphere, a mix between Essenhaus and Food Dance Cafe. It was busy and crowded, seating was close, and there was an air of chaos. They brought us some salads, which were huge, and looked like the salads at Essenhaus. Then we had 3 people helping us, asking what we wanted. One girl was going to make something for me if I thought of what I wanted her to make. We were sitting in the restaurant, but there was a little shop area near our table, similar to the shop/to-go area in Food Dance. I told her what I wanted, and the next thing I know, she's bringing me some honey, and I thought - Oh, I needed honey!

The only connection I see here is that, in Food Dance yesterday for lunch, I saw some locally made honey that I considered purchasing.
